READY-to-Wear
Team based project

At the first of January 2015 in France, all the shops must be accessible to persons with disabilities .
But more than accessibility, these are notions such as comfort and design for all that must be amplified in this process. Like that, the users feel listened and the storekeeper transforms this constraint to an advantage to promot his products and his entire business.
Before
We worked on a fashion store which has an uncluttered and upscale identity. The commercial space is organized on two narrow levels and was therefore a real challenge for accessibility issues. The project is based on modular space, it adapts itself to many types of users.
The target was to optimise in the best way the commercial space given in order to make a user-centered project that propose a different experience to the customer.
The store manager can easily create different layouts, staging, showcases and highlight a weekly selection of items without losing meter of presentation.
The user moves easily and with fluidity in an optimized and signaled space, which interacts with his needs.
Through several channels, the consumer binds to the store. He customizes its client area online at home and can find it in the store via the touch pad (it's the "web to store / store to web"). This tool grants him increased and privileged service, and allowing to substitute at the ground floor, the proposed service at the 1st floor.
