Freelance project

Designing a restaurant which is working exclusively with local products but developing sophisticated recipes. Was up to us to create an atmosphere to reflect the dishes served on the plates.

 


 

Talented chef, he realized his dream by building a facility that looks like him.

 

Modest and authentic, the stakes were to create a warm space that highlights his culinary skills with simplicity.

In this newly created framework respecting the codes of Alpine chalets, we dealt local materials with modernity; highlighting the quality thereof by light but by conserving their gross appearance.

 

Close to nature and respectful of products, the chief honors his Alpine origins and cultives the innovation.

Thus we set the center of the room a vegetable patch which serves for the kitchen and as a podium to exhibit contemporary works. Also the leading products create an attraction for customers: the homemade charcuterie unveiled by lighting of the smoking room, a playful visual filter with wine wall.

 

The functionality and modularity are paramount in a restaurant, every details are important and nothing was left to coincidence.

Curtains allow to partitioned the dining room according to the occasions and guests welcome. Also upstairs we find a space under a magnificent framework, more appropriate for a couples evening.
